The Product

Will the brush hurt my pet?

No. The pins are soft, rounded, and designed to glide through the coat without scratching the skin. Most pets actually enjoy the gentle massage sensation.

Does it work on long fur?

Yes. It detangles knots and captures dead undercoat on both short and long-haired breeds.

How does the self-cleaning actually work?

Press the button on the top of the handle: the pins retract into the housing, and the hair falls out in one compact clump that you can toss straight in the trash. No pulling hair out by hand.

How often should I use it?

2–3 times a week during shedding season (spring and fall), once a week the rest of the year. Keep sessions short: 2 to 5 minutes is enough.

Which color should I choose?

Green or Yellow — same performance, just pick your style. Select your color before adding to cart.

Is it safe for puppies and kittens?

Yes, but start with very short sessions (1–2 minutes) with very gentle pressure while they get used to it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We ship to the United States. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, with online tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free shipping on all US orders, no minimum required.

How do I track my order?

Once your package ships, you'll receive an automatic email with a tracking link. You can check the status at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. No card data is stored on our site — payment is processed directly by our certified PCI DSS provider.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return the product if it doesn't work for me?

Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return the brush. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll issue a full refund within 5 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us right away via the contact page with a photo of the product and packaging. We'll send you a replacement free of charge.

What if my package never arrived?

First check your tracking link for the latest status. If the package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days — we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
